Starriors COSMITTOR Sonic Control Dinosaur Robot, made in Japan in 1984 by Tomy. Part no. 5311.

Cosmittor is a plastic, 7.5" tall (19 cm), remote control robot action figure, part of Tomy's Starriors toy line. Cosmittor is 2 robots: Deadeye and Cricket.

The larger Deadeye is mostly red, resembling some kind of futuristic dinosaur. Cricket is the small black remote control clicker.
In the Starriors lore, Deadeye was an immensely powerful robot that shot energy discs out of his mouth. However, he was blind and needed Cricket to guide him through echolocation. Deadeye moves through the number of times you click on Cricket's head, and can shoot orange plastic discs that you load in through the top of his head.
