The Bioloid kit is made up of many identical injection molded building blocks that the builder can mix and match at their discretion. The CM-5 module, shown below to the left of the three connected servos, is an Atmel ATMega128 based mcu module, which houses both the controller and the Bioloid's rechargeable battery pack (9.6V).
