TalkRobo TR-192B - a plastic, battery operated, radio control robot manufactured by Alps in Japan in 1980s.

TALKROBO robot is 9" tall (23cm), with a mostly blue body. He has black wheels, base, and upper arms, with white claw hands. The robot moves in circles, both forward and in reverse. When you talk into the remote control unit, your own voice transmits through a speaker inside the robot! TalkRobo operates on 27 MHz frequency. Requires 4 "AA" and 2 9-Volt batteries.
